 12014 Error
 A 12014 error is a password error. Be sure that you are using the cPanel username and password to publish your page. Also, be sure that you are publishing to the correct IP address. Both of these details were sent to you in an email when we created your account.
 12029 Error
  A 12029 error is a firewall issue error. This means that one or more firewalls is blocking your attempt to publish with BlueVoda. Please follow the below steps: 97% of the time this can be attributed to your Windows XP Firewall Please follow the following steps...1) Go to your computers control panel 2) Click on widows firewall 3) Click on exceptions 4) Click on add programs 5) Add BlueVoda to your list of programs 6) Press ok 7) Reboot your computer You have now successfully added BlueVoda to your safe programs list. You should not have this problem again. If the problem persists. Your computer might have a secondary firewall from Norton or MacAfee. You will also have to BlueVoda to their safe programs list. Also if you are working from an office or you are using your companies computer or internet connection. You company probably has some type of network firewall in place. Please contact your companies system administrator for instructions.
 12002 Error
 A 12002 error is a timeout error. You might also receive this error if you are trying to publish to the wrong IP address.  Please make sure the IP address you are trying to publish to is the same IP address that is in your welcome letter.Otherwise you are receiving it because you are trying to upload a very large file, or your internet connection speed is very slow. The first thing you will want to do is run a pix resizer over all your photographs to compress their size:  http://www.vodahost.com/pix.htm After you have done this.1)       Open up BlueVoda2)       Go to Tool
 12031 Error
 A 12031 error means that the connection to the server was reset. If you are using a wireless adapter, the adapter may have lost its association with the access point. If you are using a modem, the network coverage was lost. Keep trying to up/load files. You also may want to try the below work around for connection time outs: 1. In windows go to Start, select run and type: Regedit 2. Find this key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BlueVoda 7\BlueVoda 7\Publish\ 3. Add a new DWORD value with the name ConnectionTimeout 4. Enter the value in seconds for example 360 (default is 30)
 FTP error codes
 It's good to know what kind of code your getting if your on a FTP.... The following codes appear in the 'dialog' box within your FTP program. These codes come from the FTP server, telling you the status of your requests. For example, when you attempt to connect to an FTP site the server returns codes 150 (Connecting) and code 226 (Complete). Below you'll find a list of the FTP return codes with an explanation of what each means. 500 Series: The command was not accepted and the requested action did not take place. ------------------------------------------------- 500 Syntax error, command unrecognized. This may include errors such as command line too long. 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments. 502 Command not implemented. 503 Bad sequence of commands. 504 Command not implemented for that parameter. 530 Not logged in. 532 Need account for storing files. 550 Requested action not taken. File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access). 551 Requested action aborted. Page type unknown. 552 Requested file action aborted. Exceeded storage allocation (for current directory or dataset). 553 Requested action not taken. File name not allowed. 400 Series: The command was not accepted and the requested action did not take place, but the error condition is temporary and the action may be requested again. ------------------------------------------------- 421 Service not available, closing control connection.This may be a reply to any command if the service knows it must shut down. 425 Can't open data connection. 426 Connection closed; transfer aborted. 450 Requested file action not taken. 451 Requested action aborted. Local error in processing. 452 Requested action not taken.
