Solution

All ICANN accredited registrars are now EPP ready and can provide you with an EPP key for transfer.Â Please contact your current registrar again and request this key.

These TLD's (.org, .info, .biz, .us, .cn, .com.cn, .net.cn, .org.cn, .cnÂ and .in) cannot be transferred without a valid authorization key.
